Did you know that hair goes through cycle of growth?

Hair undergoes a cyclic process which begins with the hair development stage called anagen. Then, following anagen is hair death, also called catagen. The cycle ends with follicle reset, also called telogen. Normal hair counts range between 100,000 and 150,000. People with normal hair lose up to 100 strands per day. Hair becomes thickest at around age 20 and becomes thinnest by 65 - 70. Hair follicles begin to shrink as men age and will eventually never regrow. Hair follicles are one of the few organs or tissues of the human body that undergo. cyclic degradation and regeneration throughout a human life. Unlike animals, our hair cycle isn't affected by the changing seasons.
